Make your own Pinata Workshop
On Sunday 28th April, from 4:30pm - 7:30pm, I'll be running a pinata workshop! Hooray!
It's being held at Harbour Lane Studio in South Queensferry. I've not visited the studio yet, but it looks like an amazing place, with lots of lovely handmade products to browse though and buy. I'm going to have to try to remember that I'm not there just to shop!
In the workshop you'll learn how to make your own celebration pinata from scratch. You’ll be guided through the making process to create either a heart, star or moon pinata. Once you’ve created the basic pinata structure, you’ll be shown how to cut and cover it with your chosen colours of fringing. You'll even be allowed to use my 5 bladed fringing scissors!
You’ll be given tips and tricks throughout the workshop and all tools and materials required to make your pinata will be provided.
Your finished pinata will have a little opening at the top so that you can fill it up with your own sweets when you get home.
If this sounds like your ideal way to spend a Sunday evening, and you're close by, then please come along! To book, go to the Harbour Lane Studio website or straight to the booking page for more information.
I hope to see you there!
